No. Leave immediately and call 911 from a safe distance. For natural gas, also call Enbridge Gas at 1-866-763-5427. For propane, call your propane supplier's emergency number. The sales form is not an emergency channel.
Can Platinum Gas repair a line after the utility has made it safe?
We can review the repair request once the emergency condition is controlled. Send any utility tag, report or instructions and tell us which equipment remains out of service. We confirm the repair scope and coordination needed; do not turn the supply back on yourself.
Do I need to find the gas-line problem before contacting you?
No. Describe what was observed and who identified it. We assess the line, condition and access before confirming the repair. Do not operate valves, remove panels, expose piping or recreate a symptom to provide more information.
Does gas-line repair include opening walls or restoring landscaping?
Only the work listed in your written quote is included. We identify the access needed and who handles utility and private locates, excavation, wall openings and restoration. Concealed or buried piping may require another contractor alongside the gas repair.
